Dear Anonymous,
Some of the change is that UPC ministers are beginning to read the handwriting on the wall. They are about the 50 years behind the Assembly of God. The organization is losing a lot of people. Much of it is over standards.
I also believe that as the ministers become more understanding of the Scriptures, they are seeing where the UPC has been excessive in some of their doctrines. You may be surprised at the UPC ministers and/or their wives who are changing their views on a great many doctrines. Unless they make changes on some of their fundamental salvation teachings the UPC is going to continue to lose ministers and churches.
