You ask the following:

The verse you are referring links to Revelations 21:8, which says,
"But for the cowardly and unbelieving and abominable and murders
and immoral persons and sorcerers and idolaters and all liars, their part
will be in the lake that burns with fire and brimstone, which is the
second death."
Then we have verse 27, which says, "And nothing unclean, and no
one who practices abomination and lying, shall ever come into it.
but only those whose names are written in the Lamb's book of life."
At the white throne judgment all the ungodly receive a final
judgment and are then cast into the lake of fire. Verse 27 has its
emphasis on the fact that God's new heaven and earth will have no
sin of any form in it whatsoever.
